1. Booking & Confirmation

2. Payment Policy

• Tour charges must be paid as per the payment schedule provided by Padmavati Yatra.
• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change due to changes in taxes, transportation costs, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date, supplier policies, and booking conditions.
• Any non-refundable expenses such as hotel bookings, transport reservations, permits, or entry tickets will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Processing of eligible refunds may take 7–14 business days.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• Padmavati Yatra reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government regulations, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
• Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.

5. Travel Documents

• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification and any other documents required for the journey.
• Failure to produce valid documents may result in denial of travel without any refund.

6. Health & Fitness

• Certain pilgrimage destinations involve long travel hours, walking, climbing, or high-altitude conditions.
• Travellers should ensure they are medically fit for the selected tour.
• Any medical condition should be disclosed before booking.

7. Accommodation & Transportation

• Hotels, rooms, and vehicles are allocated based on availability.
• Similar-category accommodation may be provided if the originally planned hotel is unavailable.
• Vehicle type may vary depending on the group size and route.

8. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are expected to:

• Follow tour schedules and instructions.
• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious places.
• Maintain discipline during the journey.
• Take care of their personal belongings.

Padmavati Yatra is not responsible for the loss of personal items, valuables, luggage, or documents.

9. Liability

Padmavati Yatra acts as a travel organiser and coordinates services provided by hotels, transport operators, guides, and other third parties. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Force Majeure

Padmavati Yatra shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or disruption caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, landslides, pandemics, political unrest, road blockages, or government orders.
